Who we are

We are a family owned and operated craft business, established February 2022 in the city of Jerusalem, Israel. After the wonderful success of making mead for friends and family, we actualized the lifelong dream of becoming Israel’s first dedicated Meadery. Our head brewer is a second generation mead maker with over 20 years of experience. In order to ensure the highest quality in honey and flavors, we work with only the finest apiaries and fresh natural fruits.
